- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein Powder (Macro Mike)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 80 ml80 ml80 ml Almond Milk
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lindt Dark Chocolate Candy Truffle
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp raw Pistachios, chopped

- Preheat oven/air fryer to 180°C(350°F)/150°C (300°F).
- To a blender, add oats, matcha powder, protein powder, yogurt & milk, and blend until smooth and combined.
- Lightly spray a baking dish with oil, pour in your oat mixture & press in chocolate.
- Cook in oven/air-fryer for 10-15mins (oven may take longer).
- Once ready, top with yogurt & pistachios and enjoy!
