This bacon wrapped pickles recipe uses one-pan which helps minimize the amount of dishes you have to clean up later. The air fryer does all the work by cooking everything in its basket.   • 1 whole Pickles, Jar any variety you like
  • 8 oz Turkey Bacon, 1 Package
  • .25 cup Sriracha Mayonnaise, or any Chipotle Mayo for dipping or mix mayo with 1-2 tsp sauce from a can of chipotles

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Remove the pickles from the jar and drain any excess liquid.
  2. Since the recipe calls for half pickles, you can halve them lengthwise or keep them whole, depending on your preference.
  3. Take a slice of turkey bacon and wrap it around a pickle spear or half spear.
  4. For thicker pickles, you may want to use one and a half slices of bacon for better coverage.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400u00b0F (204u00b0C).
  6. Place the wrapped pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and reaches your desired level of doneness.
  8. Once the bacon is cooked through, remove the pickles from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
