High Protein Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Peanut Butter Choc Protein Cookie (My Muscle Chef)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein Powder (Macro Mike)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Granulated Stevia

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Crush cookie and add to a bowl (save 1/4 for topping).
- In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt and protein powder until combined.
- Evenly spread yogurt layer over crushed cookie.
- In a small bowl, mix cacao powder (and sweetener if using) with water until there is a SLIGHTLY running consistency (you don’t want it too runny).
- Pour ganache over the yogurt layer.
- Top with remaining crushed cookie, serve & enjoy!
