  1. Crush cookie and add to a bowl (save 1/4 for topping).
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt and protein powder until combined.
  3. Evenly spread yogurt layer over crushed cookie.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cacao powder (and sweetener if using) with water until there is a SLIGHTLY running consistency (you don’t want it too runny).
  5. Pour ganache over the yogurt layer.
  6. Top with remaining crushed cookie, serve & enjoy!
