Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line cupcake tins with paper liners.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
  4. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and blend with a mixer on medium speed for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in boiling water. Blend for another 30 seconds.
  6. Spoon batter evenly into cupcake liners. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven. Completely cool before frosting cupcakes.
  8. Mix frosting, following instructions on packaging.
  9. Put frosting into a piping bag. Frost cupcakes and top with sprinkles!
