7-Layer Mediterranean Dip (Edit recipe)

Instead of eating Pita Chips with just Hummus or Tzatziki, make this layered Mediterranean dip that is creamy, delicious and filling. In a platter, layer Hummus, Tzatziki, Red Onion, Cucumber, Roasted Red Peppers, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese and Pomegranate (that's actually 8 layers and not 7, oops!). Garnish it with some fresh mint leaves and enjoy with your favorite pita chips.   1. Spread Hummus on the bottom of your platter. Then top it with Tzatziki.
