Spinach Artichoke dip is everyone's go-to dip and a favorite party appetizer. I know there are thousands of recipes out there for this Dip and I'm making a bold claim by saying mine is the BEST one, but it truly is. All you need is 1 skillet, a few ingredients and 15 mins of your time. This dip is creamy, cheesy & delicious... thanks to the perfect blend of Cream Cheese, Sour Cream and Mayonnaise. Enjoy it warm with some pita chips, crackers or baguette.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a skillet, heat butter and add minced garlic.
  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and salt. Stir frequently until melted and a stringy consistency is obtained.
  3. Add roughly chopped artichokes and squeezed spinach. Stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
  5. Serve hot with pita chips, sliced baguette or your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
