Fluffy Pancakes
Here is my go-to recipe for the most perfect and fluffy pancakes everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour

- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Grain-Free Baking Powder - Otto's Naturals

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ceylon

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add flour, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl.
- Add egg, milk, and oil to dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Grease a frying pan and pour about 1/4 cup of batter to form a pancake.
- Optional: top with chocolate chips, banana, nuts, etc. and serve with pure maple syrup if desired.
Notes
To make egg-free, sub for 1 Tbsp flax seed meal + 3 Tbsp warm water. Let mixture sit for for 5-10 minutes to gel.
