Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Heat Ghee over Medium High heat in your soup pot.
  2. Use 1 tsp Salt and the Black Pepper to season chicken.
  3. Sear in pot 3-5 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
  4. Remove and set aside.
  5. Add Avocado Oil, Veggies, White Parts of Green Onion and 1 tsp Salt to the pot to sauté 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add Ginger and Garlic to the pot and stir.
  7. After 5 more minutes, add the chicken + Bok choy greens + Lime zest + Bone Broth to the pot.
  8. Stir and let simmer 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with 1/2 lime juices + jalpeno slices + mix of herbs to each bowl.
  10. Enjoy!
