Vegan Peppermint Bark
This peppermint bark is the perfect vegan holiday treat! Just like the iconic peppermint bark from willams and sonoma, but somehow better? This is a super easy vegan holiday treat and even can be made gluten free! There's nothing like that peppermint chocolate combination to make for a fun christmas dessert.
Ingredients
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Graham Crackers, gluten free optional
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pascha Organic Vegan White Baking Chips
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pascha Vegan No Milk Chocolate Baking Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Candy Canes, crushed

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Layer a 13x9 pan with parchment paper.
- Melt your white chocolate chips with 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract.
- Pour white chocolate peppermint mixture onto bottom of pan.
- Layer your graham cracker sheets on top of the white chocolate.
- Let set briefly while you melt the milk chocolate with the other 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract.
- Pour the milk chocolate peppermint mixture on top of the graham cracker sheets.
- Sprinkled with crushed candy canes.
- Freeze for 1+ hours to solidify your bark.
- Cut into chunks and enjoy!
