Green Goddess Pasta

For the Pesto
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup fresh Basil
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Green Goddess Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina
- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Organic Walnuts
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Salt
For the Pasta
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Gluten-Free Fusilli Pasta
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups shredded Green Cabbage
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Zucchini, diced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Green Goddess Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients for the pesto into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- To a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil, cabbage, and zucchini and cook, stirring frequently, for 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the pasta and pesto to the pan. Stir to combine.
