A quick, easy, and healthy protein-packed lunch! These tuna lettuce wraps are super easy to whip up, plus with the addition of our Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, you get an added layer of bright flavor.   1. To a large bowl, add the tuna, cucumber, celery, shallot, Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, dijon mustard, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, and dill. Mix until completely combined.
  2. Scoop into lettuce leaves.
  3. If desired, top with another drizzle of Kosterina Original Olive Oil and some extra parsley and dill for garnish.
