These lemon and oregano baked wings quickly became a regular in my meal rotation last year. They're simple, packed with flavor, and totally fuss-free (no fryer or grill required). I marinate them overnight in a ziplock with yogurt, lemon and dried oregano, then bake them on a parchment-lined sheet pan (but a grill rack is even better if you have one). The result? Seriously tender, flavorful wings without the deep fryer. Perfect for a party, a weeknight dinner, or even a meal prep.
