ABJ oats
Almond butter and strawberries seem to go together like a match made in heaven. While I am a peanut butter lover, something about almond butter in my oats seems to be perfect. You are going to feel great after these nutrient packed oats which are filled with omegas, protein, fats, and fiber, it is a great way to start the day!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Oats, Rolled
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Water
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Milk, Any milk of choice (i use grass fed whole milk)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Collagen
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 0.5 cups0.5 cups0.5 cups Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Butter
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine oats, water, milk, chia seeds, honey, and collagen to a small saucepan
- Let it simmer on medium low until it gets to you desired texture (I like my oats to be thicker, so about 8 minutes for me)
- Top with sliced strawberries and your favorite almond butter
