This crunch bark is so yummy! It’s a mix between an almond joy and a crunch bar, but way healthier than both!

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add your chocolate chips. Melt your chocolate chips together. Add your rice cakes by crushing them into pieces. Then add shredded coconut and almond butter. Stir together
  2. Pour mixture over a piece of parchment paper. Flatten out to a rectangular shape. Place in freezer to let harden.
  3. Once the bark is harden, you can break it into pieces and enjoy!
