Almond Joy Crunch Bark
If you are looking for an easy, sweet treat that’s delicious and healthy at the same time, try this! This would be perfect for the kids after school or the parents who need a pick me up after lunch! This crunch bark is so yummy! It’s a mix between an almond joy and a crunch bar, but way healthier than both!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup 55% Cacao Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co.
- 2 - 3 whole2 - 3 whole2 - 3 whole Rice Cake, Plain
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Butter
Process

- In a microwave safe bowl, add your chocolate chips. Melt your chocolate chips together. Add your rice cakes by crushing them into pieces. Then add shredded coconut and almond butter. Stir together
- Pour mixture over a piece of parchment paper. Flatten out to a rectangular shape. Place in freezer to let harden.
- Once the bark is harden, you can break it into pieces and enjoy!
