Ingredients
For the Base
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Corn-Free Popcorn, Kettle Corn - Cob

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, mashed
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Peanut Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil, or melted coconut oil
For the Jam
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
For the Chocolate Topping
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped or chips

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

- Mix all base ingredients together and set aside.
- Heat the frozen fruit until slightly softened, then add the chia seeds. Mash with a fork and cook until desired thickness is reached.
- Melt chocolate with the coconut oil in a separate pan, stirring continuously until just combined.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the base mixture to the bottom. Flatten to create an even layer. Next, add the jam in an even layer. Finally, drizzle the melted chocolate over top. Optionally, sprinkle some flaky salt over top. Place in refrigerator for an hour minutes to firm up, then cut into squares and enjoy!
