if you’re a malteser lover, this one’s a must-try. layered with weet-bix, creamy chocolate yoghurt, and topped with a crunchy malteser-style choc top, it’s giving major dessert energy but in a breakfast-friendly way easy to prep the night before, packed with flavour and texture, and guaranteed to be on repeat!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. crush weet-bix and milk until softened. press into the base of a jar or container.
  2. in a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, protein powder and cocoa powder (and a little sweetener if you like). spoon that over the weet-bix layer.
  3. evenly spread soy protein crisps over yoghurt layer.
  4. melt your chocolate and pour it over the top for that glossy, crunchy choc top.
  5. set in the fridge overnight or until the chocolate is firm.
