- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded, optional

- Bacon Grease, for cooking

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a microwave-safe bowl, add cauliflower rice & hash browns; microwave for 4-5 minutes.
- allow to cool, then place in a cheese cloth & drain as much water as you can from the veggies.
- in a bowl, whisk eggs, psyllium husk, salt, & pepper.
- add veggies & cheese to egg mixture & combine well.
- preheat waffle iron to medium heat (setting 2 on cuisinart).
- grease waffle iron before each use, then add ~¼ cup waffle mixture; cook for 5 minutes or until crisp.
- if you make extra, freeze on a sheet pan individually, then store in a bag in the freezer; reheat in your waffle iron & they are good as new!
