- to a skillet, saute peppers & onions until tender.
- slice up cherry tomatoes & set aside until ready to serve.
white: liberty lava (protein queso)
- in a food processor, add all ingredients, except water.
- transfer liberty lava (protein queso) + water to a sauce pan & simmer until thickens or until remaining ingredients are prepared.
blue: blueberry BOOM chicken
- in a bowl, whisk together jam, bbq sauce, vinegar, monk fruit, starch, & seasonings.
- in a separate bowl, add chicken, salt, & pepper.
- heat a large skillet with a little fat of choice, then add chicken & cook for 5-6 minutes.
- pour bbq blueberry sauce on top of chicken & simmer for 8-10 minutes or until sauce thickens; adding any additional water as needed.
building your nachos
- to a plate or bowl, layer: independence chips → victory veggies → blueberry BOOM chicken → liberty lava → freedom flakes (bacon + red pepper flakes).
