Perfect Grilled Cauliflower
This grilled cauliflower recipe is ideal for when you're already grilling and need an easy veggie to throw onto the grill (which is how it came to be for us)! Perfectly crisp tender cauliflower, packed with flavor, and of course easy to make with only a few ingredients. Feel free to swap out the vinegar for your favorite balsamic, and use your fave seasoning blend! Ingredients
- 1 head1 head1 head Cauliflower, broken into large florets
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, + extra for serving

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Crushed Tangerine Vinegar - Kosterina

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lakeshore Shallot & Herb - The Spice House

- Maldon Sea Salt Flakes, for serving

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat grill to 400˚F.
- Wash cauliflower, pat dry, and break into large florets (large enough to not fall through your grill grates).
- Toss florets in oil, vinegar, and seasoning.
- Carefully arrange florets on the grill top side-down and grill for 10-15 minutes, or until cauliflower is evenly brown. You may need to rearrange florets during this cooking process so they cook evenly, depending on heat distribution on your grill.
- Flip the florets to step side-down and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until cauliflower has slightly charred bits and is golden brown.
- Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oil & a sprinkle of flaky sea salt!
