Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Dice your chicken into 1" bite-sized pieces
  2. Drain 2 tbsp oil from your sun dried tomato jar and place in a large skillet (or use extra virgin olive oil)
  3. Cook diced chicken & 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes on skillet for 7-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through
  4. Remove from heat, leaving some oil behind
  5. Add asparagus and remaining sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook 5-8 minutes until asparagus is tender
  6. Meanwhile, cook your tortellini according to instructions
  7. Add chicken to the skillet and toss with pesto
  8. Add cooked tortellini and grape tomatoes and combine well
  9. Serve immediately
