  1. Blend cottage cheese, powdered sugar, and ricotta until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Freeze the mixture for approx. 25 minutes to firm it up slightly.
  4. Transfer to a piping bag (or plastic bag with the corner snipped off).
  5. Pipe the mixture back into the cottage cheese container — or serve in a bowl & enjoy!

Notes

Can sub powdered monkfruit for powdered sugar, but adjust quantity to taste!
