Fiber Boosting Smoothie
This smoothie is packed with everything. Your baby needs to get their bowels moving! Plus, it has antioxidants in it and omega-3’s! You can’t ask for anything better with all the vitamins and nutrients that are in this smoothie.
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Banana
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cauliflower, Frozen
- 4 fl oz4 fl oz4 fl oz Water
