The Best Juicy Turkey Burgers
We know that turkey burgers often get overlooked for the standard beef variety, but these ones might just change your mind! These juicy turkey burgers are incredibly flavorful and anything but dry. With only 5 ingredients that are all pantry or fridge staples (plus salt and pepper, which don’t really count), these lean poultry patties are also cheap and super easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Turkey, 93% lean

- .25.25.25 Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Canola Oil, for cooking

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix up the ground turkey with the onions, mayo, Worcestershire, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper until fully combined. Be careful not to overmix too much or the burgers might get a little tough.
- Form the turkey mixture into 4 round patties.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan set over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the pan and cook them for 5 to 7 minutes. Flip them over and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes on the second side. The burgers are done when the juices run clear and they measure 165°F with an instant read thermometer.
- Assemble the burgers. Spread your favorite condiments on each bun, then add the burger patties and the rest of your toppings. We like tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese, and basil mayo.
Notes
Note: If you’re adding cheese, place some on top of each patty about 2 to 3 minutes before they’re done cooking on the second side.
