These turkey meatballs are soft, juicy, and naturally sweet thanks to grated sweet potato. With a hit of Worcestershire sauce and spices, they’re simple, macro-friendly, and perfect for batch prepping lunches or dinners.

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Paprika

- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced) and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together turkey mince, grated sweet potato, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roll mixture into 34 small meatballs (about golf ball size) and place on the tray.
- Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before storing. Fridge for up to 4 days or freeze
