S’mores
 but make it scoopable! This blizzard-inspired treat is thick, chocolatey, and has all the campfire vibes (yes, I roasted the marshmallow over my gas stove đŸ€­). Made with cottage cheese, maple syrup, and crushed grahams for a healthier twist on the classic.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend together cottage cheese, 2 tbsp of the maple syrup, 1 tbsp sweet thins, & mini chocolate chips until smooth. Transfer back to the cottage cheese container or into a small bowl.
  2. In a seperate bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 tbsp maple syrup, cocoa powder, & almond milk until thick and chocolatey. Add additional milk to thin if needed.
  3. Pour the ganache over the base, then top with the remaining tbsp crushed sweet thins.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Top with a marshmallow (either roasted or cut up) & enjoy!
