Chocolate Protein Dirt Cups
Okay, tell me this doesn’t take you straight back to childhood. Pudding cups with crushed cookies and gummy worms on top. The classic “dirt cup.” But this time, we’re giving it a glow-up. These Chocolate Protein Dirt Cups are creamy, chocolatey, secretly packed with protein, and still just as fun to eat. Basically nostalgia, but made for your grown up self (worms optional 😉).
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix, Simply Delish for sugar free 1 pckg
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chocolate Hazelnut Almond Protein Powder - Macro Mike
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Organic Coconut Yogurt, Plain - Cocojune
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Almond Milk
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Chocolate Vanilla Sandwich Cookies - Catalina Crunch, or any sandwich cookie like oreos
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Gummy Worms
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add chocolate pudding, protein and almond milk to a large mixing bowl and mix until creamy and smooth.
- Set in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow pudding to set.
- Add pudding to small glass containers.
- Top with crushed cookies, gummies and any other toppings!
