- 1. Prepare the base
- In a deep bowl, combine:
- Oatmeal
- Eggs
- Cocoa powder
- Sugar
- Cottage cheese
- Mix well until smooth. For a smoother consistency, you can use a blender.
- 2. Fry
- Heat the pan over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and form into a flatbread.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 3. Serve
- Pour 50g of yogurt over the top,
- add half a banana.
