dry ingredients
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Plantain Chips, or chips of choice
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Grain Free Filled Pretzel Nuggets, Peanut Butter - Fit Joy
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Honey Graham Protein Cereal - Catalina Crunch, or any protein/low-sugar cereal

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pumpkin Seeds, or seeds of choice

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Peanuts, or nuts of choice, I did pecans, walnuts, & peanuts
wet ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Butter, Unsalted, or coconut oil

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Butter, or nut butter of choice

- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce, optional for a little heat
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Organic Maple Extract
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt, or a smoked salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 275.
- to a large bowl, add all dry ingredients; set aside.
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter, bacon grease, peanut butter, hot sauce, & monk fruit.
- remove from heat, then add maple extract & smoked salt.
- using a large spatula, thoroughly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- add snack mix to a baking sheet; then bake for 60-75 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
- remove from oven, then allow to cool completely.
- optional - make a batch of my protein cookie dough balls. i shaped them into little footballs & piped on melted chocolate for the laces (totally extra, but worth it (;)
- fold in cookie dough balls OR BTR pb crunch bars.
- store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge or in the freezer for longer storage.
