Easy One Pan Dumpling Bake
It’s no surprise this recipe has become an internet sensation. With everything tossed into one pan and baked to perfection, it’s the definition of easy comfort food. The wontons are perfectly tender, the sauce delivers that irresistible spicy-sweet balance, and a final touch of chili crunch brings it all together. Here’s my take on the viral favorite.
Ingredients
- 202020 Wonton Wrappers, Frozen, chicken, pork, or vegetable
- 15 fl oz15 fl oz15 fl oz Coconut Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Baby Spinach
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Green Onion (Scallion), sliced

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Spicy Chili Crisp

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Prehat oven to 375°F to get it ready while you prep.
- In a 9×13 baking dish, add in the coconut milk, red curry paste, garlic, liime juice, and soy sauce. Whisk to combine until smooth and the red curry paste has dissolved into the coconut milk.
- Place the spinach into the dish and stir so the leaves are fully coated and evenly distributed across the base.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings in the baking dish. Spoon some of the liquid over the top of each dumpling.
- Cover the dish tightly with a lid or foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dumplings are tender and cooked through. This may take up to 30 mintues for some, depending on the dumplings used.
- Remove from the oven. Finish with chili crisp, and scallions before serving.
