- first make churro salt by combing chips, monk fruit, & cinnamon in a bowl.
- in a food processor, add dry ingredients (choosing the original or cookies & cream version); blitz into a powder.
- transfer to a bowl, then add softened nut butter (microwave for 10-15 seconds), vanilla extract & little water; combine to form a dough.
- fold in the add-ins.
- put dough in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then form into little balls (teeny tiny or big - whatever floats your boat!).
- roll balls in the homemade churro salt.
- store balls in the freezer to enjoy at any time.
