peanut butter chocolate chip streusel protein muffins

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- to a large bowl, add all dry ingredients; set aside.
- to a mixing bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients, then fold into dry ingredients bowl.
- fold in dark chocolate chips; set aside until streusel is ready.
- in a food processor, combine all streusel ingredients, except nut butter & water; lightly blitz into a crumble.
- transfer to a bowl, then mix in nut butter & water to form a streusel-like crumble.
- using silicon muffin tins, add a scoop of muffin batter to ~Âľ of the way full.
- top each muffin with streusel, then bake for ~18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- allow to cool completely, then pop out of muffin tins.
- add all glaze ingredients to a bowl & mix well.
- drizzle glaze on top of each muffin & enjoy!
