Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cottage Cheese, or one single serve cup
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder, divided

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Water
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups - Reese's, brand of choice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Roughly chop 1 peanut butter cup and set aside ½ for the topping.
- Blend ½ cup cottage cheese (or 1 single-serve cup) with 2 tbsp organic PBfit, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and ½ of the chopped peanut butter cup until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture back into the cottage cheese cup or a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl mix 2 tbsp organic PBfit with 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp water until smooth to make the peanut butter topping.
- Pour the topping over the blizzard base and sprinkle the reserved ½ chopped peanut butter cup on top.
- Freeze for about 25 minutes until cold and spoonable.
- Eat straight from the cup and enjoy!
Notes
an immersion blender or small food processor works best for blending!
