  1. Prepare Paneer:
  2. Mix paneer with spices and spray with oil. Air fry at 400°F for 6–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Make Roti Dough:
  4. Combine roti ingredients. Knead into a soft dough and set aside.
