Paneer Tikka Masala Nachos (Edit recipe)

Layers of crispy tortilla chips are covered in my creamy tikka masala sauce with paneer (or jackfruit or chicken, or anything you want instead of paneer). They're topped with melted jack cheese, sweet red onions, fresh jalapeños, cilantro, and a drizzle of cool yogurt. It's spicy, sweet, and tangy in each bite.
