- In a saucepan, add one cup of tart, cherry juice, and the beef gelatin. Let it sit for about five minutes.
- Place the sauce pan over medium heat and add the other cup of tart cherry juice. Cooking until the gelatin is completely mixed in, you will want to stir it often.
