- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, divided

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder, + more for serving

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, thick
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Collagen

- Add cottage cheese, protein powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup, & matcha powder to the base of an immersion blender cup & blend until smooth. Transfer mixture back to cottage cheese cup or a small bowl, and freeze for approx. 10 minutes while preparing the topping.
- In a small bowl add greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, & collagen. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag & pipe creme onto matcha base.
- Sprinkle with matcha powder & enjoy!
