This Matcha Crème Cottage Cheese Cup is a creamy, high-protein treat that feels indulgent but nourishing. Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add cottage cheese, protein powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup, & matcha powder to the base of an immersion blender cup & blend until smooth. Transfer mixture back to cottage cheese cup or a small bowl, and freeze for approx. 10 minutes while preparing the topping.
  2. In a small bowl add greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, & collagen. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag & pipe creme onto matcha base.
  3. Sprinkle with matcha powder & enjoy!
