  1. In a large bowl, zest one lime and juice three total.
  2. Grate the garlic and ginger right into the lime juice.
  3. Add the Jozo Tamari, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  4. Add the cubed tuna pieces and add the salt and pepper directly on top.
  5. Add the scallions and give everything a big toss so every piece of fish is covered.
  6. Cover and chill for 30-60 minutes.
  7. Serve cold with chips, seaweed, or rice crackers.
