- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Cauliflower Keto Crust
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Lump Crab Meat, (drain and pat dry)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper

- Combine all ingredients.
- Form 3-6 patties (depending on preferred size)
- Heat 1 tbs butter or ghee in a pan on med/high heat
- Pan-fry patties for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown
- Carefully remove from pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess butter or ghee
- Cool, plate, & enjoy!
