This makes an easy appetizer for a fancy weeknight treat or weekends with a charcuterie board.

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, good quality

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/21/21/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced finely
- pinch pinch pinch Garlic Powder

- pinch pinch pinch Rosemary, Dried

- Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh, to taste

- 3-4 tsp3-4 tsp3-4 tsp Basil Pesto, optional add on

- Place goat cheese on a nice plate that you’d serve cheese or appetizers on.

- Sprinkle with herbs and salt + pepper.
- Serve with crackers of your choice or thinly sliced baguette!
