Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix all the wet ingredients together well until all combined.
  2. Pour in the dry ingredients and mix everything together. You can do this by hand or with a mixer.
  3. Pour into muffin cups and top with a few extra chocolate chips for decoration.
  4. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes (keeps them bakery style - taller) then reduce oven to 350F for another 20 minutes or so until they are cooked through and golden on top or a knife inserted comes out clean.

Notes

I like to pair these with Greek yogurt at school for some delicious protein and carbs!
