These 2 Ingredient Crock Pot Chicken Tacos are the perfect dinner for a crazy school night. Plus the meat is zero Weight Watchers Smart point for the tacos!
Ingredients
- 444 Chicken Breasts, Boneless Skinless

- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Salsa, Pace
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Spray the inside of the crock pot with a nonstick cooking spray
- Trim any excess fat off your chicken breasts before placing them in the crock pot
- Pour the Pace Sauce or Salsa over the chicken breast. Give everything a quick stir to make sure everything is coated
- Cover with crock pot with lid and cook on low for about 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through
- Using a spoon, remove the chicken breasts from the crock pot and place them into a kitchen stand mixer
- Using the paddle attachment set it on slow and allow it to shred the chicken
- Serve and enjoy!!
