3 Ingredient Cake (Nut Free Option)
Have you seen the 3 Ingredient cake from Grand Baby Cakes yet? This 3 Ingredient Cake is grain and nut free! It sounded like a great idea so I adapted it to work with our Nut/Cassava Free Grain Free Flour Blend. The changes actually made the recipe a little bit easier!
Ingredients
- 444 Eggs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Sugar, (sub maple sugar if nut/coconut free)
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Beth Blends Nut/Cassava Free Flour Blend (8oz bag)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 8” round cake pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Using a hand mixer (or spoon), blend all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add the cake batter to the cake pan.
- Put cake in the oven for 20-25 minutes then serve.
Notes
Serve with your favorite frosting or glaze recipe.
