3 Ingredient Simple Smoothie
This simple breakfast smoothie is perfect for your baby who has started solids. There are two variations: one without protein and one with it. Yes, one has protein, but both have a good fat and carbohydrates! It has everything needed for then start their day! Yes, I give my baby protein powder, but only from a quality protein that is grass fed.
Ingredients
3 Ingredient Smoothie
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Butter
Smoothie with Protein
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, mix together all of the ingredients.
- Pour into their desired cup.
- Enjoy!
