- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Beth Blends Grain Free Flour Blend (8 oz bag)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Carob Powder
- pinch pinch pinch Salt
- 1/8 tsp1/8 tsp1/8 tsp ground (vanilla bean powder) Vanilla Beans
- 1/21/21/2 Banana, mashed
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, or ghee (if tolerated, AIP reintroduction)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix flour blend, carob powder, salt and vanilla powder in a mug.
- Next add mashed banana, coconut milk and coconut oil into the flour. Stir to thoroughly combine.
- Place the mug in microwave and heat on high for 90 seconds. Then allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
