  1. In a medium bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and coconut or maple sugar.
  2. Mix in the salt, egg, and vanilla extract.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Grease two ramekins
  6. Divide the cookie dough evenly between the two ramekins.
  7. Place the ramekins in the air fryer and cook at 325° degrees for 14-16 minutes.
