Anti-Inflammatory Tonic
This tonic is my secret weapon when I'm sick or flaring. Packed with anti-inflammatory goodness, and I actually like the taste of it too! It's got a kick from the ginger, but if you love ginger like I do then you'll love this. Even if you don't, it's worth the benefits. I usually take 3-4oz two or three times a day when I'm sick or flaring from my chronic illness, and it really helps my body heal. I hope you love this as much as we do!

Love this recipe! I make a big batch over the weekend of this and drink a shot every morning on empty stomach.
Oh that makes me so happy!! I always have a batch in the fridge and try to drink it daily. I see a difference when I go too long without it!
I’m overdue to make a batch of this! <3
gotta have a big batch in the fridge at all times!!
I just made my first batch of this and wow, I feel superhuman after just one shot! I was skeptical, because I don’t love coconut water. But you can’t even taste it with the sweetness of the honey and depth of flavor from ginger, lemon and turmeric.
