Apple Pie Smoothie
Is it just me or is applie pie the most comfy, delicious treat of all??!! This healthy smoothie version is full of apple cinnamon goodness PLUS protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep us full and satisfied!
Ingredients
- 111 Apple, Organic, Cored & chopped
- 0.25 cups0.25 cups0.25 cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Walnuts
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 111 Medjool Dates
- 111 Vanilla Protein Powder
- 111 Banana, Frozen
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
Process

- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Adjust water amount adding more if needed.
- Lone rim with greek yogurt & walnuts if desired. Pour smoothie into glass and enjoy !
