Avocado, Coconut and Lime Smoothie
My favorite (almost) no fruit smoothie full of filling and healthy fats. Perfect for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Milk, Full Fat
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Avocado
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime Juice
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime Zest
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 pinch3 pinch3 pinch Liquid Stevia Extract, (3 drops)
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Ice cubes

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all the ingredients but the ice and blend for about 15-30 seconds.
- Add the ice and blend until smooth. Pour and Enjoy!
Notes
*You can change ingredients and quantities to your liking. Add more lime zest if you want it tart. Add chia or grass fed gelatin for more protein. The varieties are endless and that is the beauty of making smoothies!
