- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime, freshly squeezed

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cornmilk - Maizly, plus more for desired consistency

- Add the garlic and cilantro to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add the avocado chunks, yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth and creamy, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides so everything blends evenly.
- With the processor running, add the cornmilk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Blend briefly until silky and well combined.
Notes
Use about 2 tablespoons of cornmilk for a thicker crema or 4 tablespoons for a thinner sauce that’s easy to drizzle.
