Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. microwave cauliflower crust for ~1-2 minutes.
  2. in a bowl, mash avocado, cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, & seasonings of choice.
  3. in a small skillet, fry egg to liking - if using any deli meats, I like to fry that a little bit as well.
  4. add avocado mash to cauliflower crust, then add fried egg, & any additional toppings you like.
